Karu 2 Pro wood oven from OONI Pizza Ovens brings the most versatile outdoor cooking experience from the entire range of Ooni ovens. The Karu 2 Pro wood-burning oven has advanced features that allow preparation after only 15 minutes of preheating. Thus, you will be able to cook wood-fired pizza (or charcoal / charcoal briquettes) at temperatures of up to 500°C in 60 seconds, as well as T-Bone or Tomahawk beef steaks perfectly roasted, or bake a whole chicken, or a loaf of bread. The range of OONI accessories increases the versatility of the Karu 2 Pro wood-burning oven so that you can use cast iron pans to bake potatoes and other vegetables, or to roast fish, seafood and other dishes.

The Karu 2 Pro OONI wood-fired oven presents the established OONI technology complemented by new features that allow you to bake a 42 cm pizza together, or roast beef steaks, or bake a chicken with vegetables while enjoying very good control of the the temperature, monitored thanks to the supplied thermometer and the meat probe that can be connected to the phone (smart-phone) through the Ooni application. Karu 2 Pro also comes with a more efficient air flow and a much increased visibility.
