Ooni pizza dough preparation lid and chopper

The set of two boxes with lids and, additionally, equipped with a bamboo cutter useful for preparing the dough, offers the complete package from Ooni to create pizza dough like a pro. Each set includes two stackable boxes, specially designed for storing pizza dough in both the refrigerator and freezer as well as two matching lids and a bamboo cutter that can also be positioned as a lid on one of the boxes. Each box holds up to six 250g dough balls (perfect for 30cm pizzas) and the lid prevents the dough from drying out so that it does not stick together. The boxes are white to minimize heat absorption and avoid over-insulating the dough, have smooth, tapered inner walls so that the dough balls are easy to remove, are provided with easy-grip handles for transport and are made of durable, food-grade plastic for easy cleaning. The bamboo lid provides enough space to prepare, spread, cover and cut the pizza right out of the oven.
