The OFYR wood-fired stove offers an incredible range of possibilities for preparing food. The OFYR wood-fired stove is special because of the way it works, the interaction of the fire with the food. While a traditional charcoal grill has the embers formed directly under the grill surface, under the food, the OFYR wood-fired stove works differently. The wood is placed in the center, in the hearth, is lit there and the heat of the flames is the greatest in the center, in the middle, so that the stove in the immediate vicinity offers the highest working temperatures necessary for grilling steaks, beef steaks, burger patties. The temperature of the stove decreases constantly towards the outer edge and this area is perfect for light cooking, keeping food warm or toasting bread.
