Charcoal smoker grill Masterbuilt Gravity 600 ingeniously combines the characteristics of a charcoal grill with a smoker, American Barbecue style smoker. The Masterbuilt Gravity 600 smoker charcoal grill works with both charcoal and briquettes and can offer working temperatures between 80 C and 370 C. The ingenuity of Gravity models from Masterbuilt consists, as the name suggests, in the use of gravity, together with technology modern including Wifi and Bluetooth. The coal or briquettes are loaded into the tank and the gravity feed will provide fuel to the combustion chamber. After ignition, the coal slides constantly and keeps the embers at a constant heat. With the help of a digitally controlled fan, a hot ember is maintained and the flames and heat are blown under the grill's cooking surface.
