The Masterbuilt Gravity 1150 charcoal smoker grill is both a grill and an American Barbecue-style smoker that works on charcoal or charcoal briquettes, providing the aroma of wood with the help of the temperature control system and the fuel burning mode. The Masterbuilt Gravity 1150 charcoal smoker grill has a large fuel tank (up to 5.5 kg of charcoal or 8 kg of charcoal briquettes) that ensures gravitational feeding of the combustion chamber. The combustion is supported by a digitally controlled fan, which ensures the flow of fresh air necessary for the hot embers. The heat generated by the combustion is directed to the cooking chamber, which is provided with double walls for effective thermal insulation.
