In addition to the other models in the Gravity series, the Masterbuilt Gravity 800 charcoal grill has a device that concentrates and directs the heat upwards towards the plate (plancha type) which is positioned instead of the cast iron grids. Charcoal grill with plancha Masterbuilt Gravity 800 can be used in 3 different ways: Charcoal grill with cast iron grates, plancha but also smoker barbecue.

• Grill, plancha and smoker in one device (3 in 1) that can grill (e.g. beef steak), hot smoke (e.g. pork ribs), slow cook (e.g. leg of lamb), bake at high temperatures (e.g. pizza or foccacia) but even fry.
• Versatility offered by the 3 equipment options: cast iron grills for searing, plancha type hotplate (dimensions approx. 60 x 40 cm)
• Autonomy of up to 12 hours and increased efficiency thanks to the large coal tank with controlled gravity actuation;

• LCD display for the central temperature and that of the meat probes (ability to track temperatures: up to 4 temperature probes through the 4 dedicated plugs provided in the control panel);

• Cast iron grill surface (optional for a fee: 2 additional levels of chrome steel grill);

• Hot smoking can be done with chips, chunks (large pieces of wood) or pieces of barrel staves that can be mixed with coals or added to the ashtray.
