The firebox for wood or charcoal maximizes the circulation of hot air in the oven, while the high temperatures ensure self-cleaning of the oven at the same time. The Ooni Karu 12G outdoor pizza oven reaches a temperature of 500°C in just 15 minutes and you can adjust the working temperature thanks to the adjustable draft provided on the exhaust chimney. With a weight of only 15.5 kg, the Ooni Karu 12G oven is easy to transport and use for picnics, camping or other outings on the green grass.
