OONI Koda 2 MAX gas oven, this is the largest Ooni oven to date and makes it possible to bake a 50 cm New York-style pizza or several pizzas at the same time or even prepare an entire menu with several dishes. OONI Koda 2 MAX gas oven can generate two independently controllable cooking zones that make it possible to bake and cook side by side at different temperatures. Imagine that you are preparing a pizza on one side and a steak on the tray with vegetables on the other side. OONI Koda 2 MAX gas oven has the most advanced gas combustion system to date: Ooni G2 Gas Technology™ offers high energy efficiency and ensures incredibly uniform heat in the oven. The OONI Koda 2 MAX gas oven is equipped with a temperature control panel that provides readings from different locations in the oven, so you know exactly when it's time to bake or cook. The temperature control panel has two temperature sensors, probe type with heat-resistant cable, to measure the temperature of food, especially meat pieces.
