Portable pellet grill TREK Prime 2.0 from GMG (Green Mountain Grills) is more than a portable grill and has several improvements compared to the previous version such as:

• incorporating the voltage transformer under the pellet tank for better rain protection of the electrical connections;
• improved rain protection of the pellets in the pellet tank, especially since it is a grill that can be used when traveling outdoors;
• the re-design of the cooking chamber, with a barrel-style cover (without corners) and of the smoke exhaust chimney ensures optimal heat distribution for better effectiveness and efficiency during the cooking process.

The TREK Prime 2.0 portable pellet grill from GMG has a WiFi digital controller (control and monitoring via the iOS or Android mobile application), two meat temperature probes (one is a spare), a thermal sensor that constantly monitors the temperature of the grill . The barbecue works by connecting to different voltage sources: 230 V (cable included in the delivery) but also 12V (cable available as an accessory) for powering the barbecue when traveling outdoors, be it camping, hunting, boating, music festivals or wherever you can take it! So it's perfect for both home use and outdoor adventures. All Green Mountain Grills grills have a combustion chamber (Venturi type) that creates a cyclonic flame that ensures maximum pellet combustion. The Sense-Mate thermal sensor that constantly monitors the temperature of the environment makes sure that when the weather cools down, the grill starts in turbo mode. So, you don't have to wait a long time for the grill to heat up! Other available features: Keep Warm mode and fan with automatic stop to throw the ash from the hearth after you have finished preparing the dishes. Through the GMG Smart Control application (available for iOS and Android) you can adjust the smoking, baking or frying temperature between 65 °C and 290 °C in steps of 5 °C. You can also monitor the evolution of the temperatures of the dishes through the meat temperature probe. Thanks to the pellet burning system that allows high working temperatures to be obtained, combined with the fact that the cooking chamber has a large interior height, GMG has developed an accessory (available separately at extra cost) for all pizza, focacia, pie enthusiasts , bread and other similar products that can receive the aroma of burnt wood (from pellets), namely the pizza oven that can be incorporated into a portable grill with Trek Prime 2.0 pellets.
