The GMG Green Mountain Grills SideBURN Infrared Grill Station is the ultimate accessory for the new Prime 2.0 generation Ledge and Peak grills (with rear flue) and is designed to easily slide in place of the standard side table. The SideBURN infrared grill features powerful infrared electric technology with adjustable heat levels up to 370C supported by two durable and safe carbon fiber resistances and quartz glass tubes with heat resistant protective mesh to prevent knocking glass objects. Prepare the steaks (sliced) type of beef steak with the reverse-searing method, namely: fry the steaks after the steaks have been in the indirect heat in the smoker or use a pan for additional cooking space!
