Char-Griller Smokin' Pro charcoal smoker grill is a traditional charcoal grill (with direct fire) but also an American Barbecue type smoker (Offset-Smoker with hot smoking through indirect fire). The main cooking surface is large (approx. 71 cm x 51 cm) and has a cast-iron grill and the tray for charcoal embers is adjustable in height. On this surface with cast-iron grates, you can fry sliced pieces of meat, sausages and meatballs, and the combustion chamber on the side can be used as a heat source for hot smoking (slow cooking) pork ribs, whole chicken, thigh lamb, dishes that must be prepared at a low temperature and for a longer period of time. The Smokin' Pro Char-Griller charcoal smoking grill is a barrel-type, solid, steel construction, with 4 sturdy legs, two of which are specially equipped with large wheels to make it easy to transport the grill in the yard
